Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of the items, cancellations  and returns are not accepted. If there is a defect or damage with the bows please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the situation. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
